Terms & Conditions

1. Operator

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by The Fun Enterprise S.r.l.(CUI: RO 39932905), headquartered in Bucharest, Romania, operating under the brand name “HotRodFun Bucharest” (“we”, “us”, “the Operator”).

2. Participation Conditions

• Participants must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid Category B driving licence is required (international driving permits accepted).
• Height requirements: minimum 1.60 m, maximum 1.95 m. Maximum weight: 125 kg.
• Participants must have zero blood alcohol content (0.0‰) and must not be under the influence of drugs or any impairing substances.
• Pregnant persons are not permitted to participate.
• All participants must attend the mandatory safety briefing and test sitting before the tour.
• Helmets are mandatory and provided by the Operator.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings can be made online at hotrodfunbucharest.com or through authorised third-party platforms. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash (on-site only).

Prices are listed in EUR. Payment in RON is accepted at the exchange rate of the day. All prices include VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time, you may cancel for a full refund.
• Less than 24 hours: No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.
• No-show: No refund for no-shows.
• Weather cancellations: If the Operator cancels a tour due to unsafe weather conditions, you will be offered a free reschedule or full refund.

5. Damage Waiver & Insurance

An optional Damage Waiver (“Insurance”) is available for purchase at the time of booking or on-site before the tour. The Damage Waiver covers minor damage to the vehicle during normal use on the tour.

The Damage Waiver does not cover:

• Damage caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Damage caused by deviating from the designated tour route.
• Damage to third-party property or persons.

Participants who do not purchase the Damage Waiver are fully liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the tour, up to the full replacement value.

6. Liability

Participation in HotRodFun tours is at the participant’s own risk. The Operator shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or consequential loss arising from participation, except in cases of proven gross negligence by the Operator.

All participants must sign a liability disclaimer before the tour commences. The disclaimer does not affect statutory consumer rights.

7. Tour Rules & Conduct

• Participants must follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times.
• Overtaking within the convoy is strictly prohibited.
• Participants must obey all local traffic laws.
• The Operator reserves the right to exclude any participant who endangers themselves, others, or the vehicles, without refund.

8. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Gift Cards & Vouchers

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash. Gift cards can be redeemed for any available tour, subject to availability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
